We have very limited in-house manufacturing capabilty. Normally, we would either supply production data to your preferred manufacturing organisation, or supply completed equipment or sub-assemblies manufactured by a number of first class sub-contract organisations providing the following services.

  Precision metalwork manufacture
  Mechanical assembly
  Wiring harness and cable assemblies
  PCB substrate procurement, surface mount and through hole assembly
  Programming and laser marking of almost all OTP and flash FPGAs and memory devices.
  Hybrid substrate procurement, Chip-and-wire and surface mount assembly
  Component sourcing and kitting
  Injection moulding tooling

We can also offer in-house low volume programming of some Actel devices using Activator 2S, Silicon Sculptor, or Silicon Sculptor II programmers, subject to adapter module availability.
